Gilles SIMONET, president of Ensemble, surrounded by his peers, was named a “Disciple des Escoffiers” by the President, Jean-Pierre BIFFI, chef at Potel et Chabot, and Pierre MIECAZE, chef at Fouquets.

What better example of succes than Sébastien who everyday crafts, bakes, watches and controls everythings that goes into his oven. Courage, commitment and desire are the keys to his success. Bravo!
The ceremony was followed by hors d’œuvres, which were much anticipated by the food lovers present, who are as choosy when it comes to the atmosphere as to their palates.
A gourmet dinner
« Les Meilleurs Ouvriers de France » (an award given to the best artisans in their field) as well as Ensemble team members, chefs, bakers, pastry and chocolate makers from all over France together concocted a delicious gourmet meal featuring specialities from Southwest France.
The meal was served by the most renowned restaurant owners and managers in the region along with many other volunteers. Everyone was united in the wish to ensure that the physically challenged guests, for many of whom daily life is a continual challenge, enjoyed themselves thoroughly.

TOULOUSE : Dîner de Gala 2007
The Toulouse Stadium hosted the organization !
On October 29, 2007, Ensemble worked together to invite (at no charge) 300 physically challenged people to a gala dinner.
The Gala at which a total of 500 people attended took place at the “Ernest Wallon” stadium graciously provided by its President, Mr. Bouscatel, and his team. We would like to thank them warmly for this generous expression of solidarity.
