« Ensemble » is a non-profit organization of chefs, caterers, pastry chefs, chocolate makers, and bakers, all highly respected in their field, who have joined together to help and train physically challenged people who would like to work in any one of these areas.

The aim of this organization is to create a school, financed by institutions, and run by professionals to train physically challenged people who are highly motivated to work in the restaurant and food sector, with the ultimate goal of helping the latter to get jobs in these fields. 

Initial financing, in addition to donations, will come from the benefits collected from gala dinners. Furthermore, these galas are the opportunity for our guests to discover dishes and flavors that they probably have never tasted before.
