« Ensemble » is a non-profit organization of chefs, caterers, pastry chefs, chocolate makers, and bakers, all highly respected in their field, who have joined together to help and train physically challenged people who would like to work in any one of these areas.

The goal : to help physically challenged people find jobs in our professional sector.
This union was created to mobilize the country’s living resources with the aim of achieving a single goal: helping physically challenged people to find satisfying jobs in our field (pastry and chocolate making, baking, kitchen staff…) 

Initial financing, in addition to donations, will come from the benefits collected from gala dinners. Furthermore, these galas are the opportunity for our guests to discover dishes and flavors that they probably have never tasted before.
