Physically challenged people are as entitled as other people to work in our profession. It is up to us to ensure that they have access to jobs in our industry.
Our project:
Job training and insertion

Two factors are essential to succeed : providing training and job insertion of physically challenged people in the food and restaurant industry.

1 - Training
The organization, Ensemble has founded a school where food industry professionals will train physically challenged people to acquire the skills necessary to be professionally independent.
We currently are partnering with other organizations devoted to helping physically challenged people to join the workforce. The first goal of our organization will be to provide, within the future School, training to physically challenged people, to ensure that they can join or in some cases rejoin the workplace.

2 – Job insertion
In terms of job insertion in our particular industry, we are very pleased about the many Chefs who have agreed to welcome physically challenged people into their firms once the training has been completed

The proceeds from the Gala dinner will be used to :
-provide training to several candidates every year
Support innovative projects helping physically challenged people to work in the food industry.
