This organization is composed of members who agree to abide by the present charter. The organization’s legal status is in keeping with the French 1901 law on non-profit organizations. The name of the organization is: "Association Ensemble"

article 2 : Goals

This humanitarian organization was created to help physically challenged people and to organize special events for the physically challenged.

article 3 : Headquarters
The Headquarters is located at : Saint-Girons, 9 place Jean Jaurès, 09200.  It can be transferred by a simple decision of the board of trustees and the General Assembly will be informed.

article 4 : Duration of the organiation
The duration of the organization is unlimited.

article 5 : admission and membership

To join the organization, the present charter must be respected, and members must be approved by the board of trustees.  Potential members must pay the membership fee which is set by the General Assembly.

Minors can join the organization if they have the written authorization or tacit agreement of their parents or legal guardians. They can be full members of the organization. The board of trustees reserves the right to refuse membership in the organization. The organization refuses any discriminatory practices, and guarantees freedom of conscience for each of its members.
